Prospect Gmail Metadata

Private email activity synchronization for John Lelis.

Prospect Gmail Metadata is a private integration operated by John Lelis for his own CRM workflow. It connects only the mailbox john.lelis@evocon.com, after that account authorizes access through Google.

The integration requests only gmail.metadata (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.metadata). It reads message metadata needed to identify correspondents, record sent and received timestamps, and detect reply, routing and automated-message signals.

It does not read or store email bodies, snippets or attachments. It does not send email or modify, move or delete Gmail messages.

The integration matches email activity to private CRM records. A personal outbound email from John may also create or link a corporate Contact or Company when identity is deterministic; ambiguous cases are held for review. Existing CRM business decisions are preserved. No full historical mailbox import is performed.
